Everything is good, but there was one video in a chapter of how to reduce cholesterol, when a woman told that it's better to eat row vegetables - I think there should be a note, that eating only the row vegetables all the time can be harmful to your health (there is a whole "subculture" of row-eaters and they can take this as a proof that eating only row food is good).
